Mike is Central Arkansas born and raised and he’s on a mission to beautify boring, cracked, and downright ugly concrete! As a local small business owner his values of excellence and integrity drive everything he does in serving his neighbor-customers in Central Arkansas. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Having grown up in North Little Rock, living in Sherwood, starting a family in Jacksonville, and moving to Cabot, Mike has deep roots and a love for his community. After two decades in corporate healthcare and digital experience, he’s building a business and a high-performing team that prioritizes and elevates customer experience and satisfaction in the home services industry.
Outside of Garage Force, you might find Mike spending time making music with his family, building furniture, riding a bicycle, playing drums at church, or walking his dogs, Ringo and Roxie.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Jeff came to Arkansas as an Air Force Loadmaster. His approachable, straightforward, and fun personality brings a light-heartedness and vision for excellence to the Garage Force team. As a veteran with an operations mindset and training experience, he leads our crews at every Garage Force coating and storage installation for our valued customers.
When not transforming concrete floors with durable coatings and functional storage, you might find Jeff in a duck blind hunting in some of the best locations in Arkansas and enjoying all the natural beauty our state has to offer.
Jeff and his wife live in Jacksonville with their three dogs and look forward to building their family and growing roots here in Central Arkansas.
Darrel Fisk
Garage Force of Central Arkansas – Installer, Certified
Darrel is an artist whose media of choice is tile, wood, and flooring. With experience in the fuel and lubricants industry, and over 15 years of remodeling and construction work he can build or repair just about anything. IF by chance it is something he HASN’T done – he’ll figure it out and deliver on professional quality! While running his own business, Fisk Flooring, LLC, Darrel joins the Garage Force team when bigger projects need the experience and expertise he’s honed over 15 years with his home services business.
When not building or remodeling, Darrel enjoys overlanding with his family on the great offroading trails in Arkansas, going to the gym, or tuning his favorite OBS pickup truck.
Darrel and his wife live in Cabot with their kids, and their dogs Boris and Rummy.
